This combination is bold and not for everyone. Burgundy and yellow, opposites, and both plants compete against each other. Sometimes, the white bombay scaveola is late to arrive if it arrives at all.
Like all of our HBs, we recommend pinching once a week. Simply go out and admire your gorgeous hanging basket and pinch three stems back to the edge of the pot. This helps keep your plant growing on top and prevents your plant from getting long and leggy. Each pinch results in 2 to 3 more branches that will bloom, bloom and bloom again.
Pinch weekly and enjoy your plant's rejuvenation or suffer the consequences later in the summer when your plant looks tired and spent.
