Refund Policy

At Garden Delivery, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. While plants are perishable and sensitive, we do offer a 48 hour refund policy from the delivery time. If your plant arrives damaged, defective, or didn’t meet expectations, you may request a refund within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Notify Us Quickly – Contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email or through our Refund Request Form.

  2. Provide Photos – Clear photos of the plant are required so our team can review your request. Please include:

    • A close-up of the issue (damage, defect, or decline)

    • A wider shot of the whole plant for context

  3. Approval Process – Once your request and photos are reviewed and approved, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 2-3 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Important Notes

  • Plants are perishable and by the time they arrive to you, they have already made a multi-day journey without sun or water. Please unpack your box and care for your plants immediately upon arrival.

  • We take full responsibility for plants up to 48 hours from the arrival time. Outside of this time window, we cannot issue refunds for plants that decline due to improper care or conditions out of our control.
