All orders placed before 3:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed between 3:01 PM EST on Friday and 3:00 PM EST on Sunday—will be shipped on Monday. Once your order is placed, our team immediately sets your plants aside to begin the preparation process.

Before shipping, your plants are treated overnight and then watered deeply the following morning to help them stay healthy and hydrated during transit. In the afternoon, they are carefully packed into custom-designed boxes that hold each plant securely in place while allowing airflow throughout the package. This method prevents breakage and reduces stress, ensuring that your plants arrive in the best condition possible.

2 Day Shipping

We ship all orders using FedEx 2-Day Shipping, providing a balance between speed and cost efficiency. While we cannot make delivery guarantees on behalf of FedEx, but our goal is always for your plants to reach you within two days of shipment. This quick turnaround minimizes transit time and helps your plants transition smoothly from our greenhouse to your garden.

What to do When Your Plants Arrive

When your plants arrive, please unbox them immediately and inspect for any visible damage. If the containers holding the plants feel light, give them water right away. We recommend keeping them indoors for at least 12 hours but no longer than a week before planting, allowing them to adjust to their new environment. Place them in a location with proper light and a comfortable temperature around 70°F.

What to do if your Plant Arrives Damaged

If your plants arrive damaged, please file a claim within 48 hours—that is the maximum time we can accept refund requests for shipping-related issues. You can file a claim using the Refund Request Form.
