In our trials, ‘Premium Bordeaux’ has been one of the most dependable dark-flowered Petchoas we have grown. Many deep red varieties fade during the hottest part of summer, but this selection maintains excellent color intensity even during extended periods of heat and strong sunlight. The plants remain vigorous, well-branched, and covered with flowers throughout the growing season.

We also appreciate how little maintenance is required to keep it looking its best. The blooms shed cleanly, minimizing the need for deadheading, while the plant naturally develops a dense, balanced habit without becoming overly leggy.
